Stroke Refinement Class Description

Objective: To refine and enhance the performance of all swimming strokes.
Skills Covered:

Coordination and refinement of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
Increasing swimming distances.
Introduction to flip turns and other advanced techniques.

Target Audience: Swimmers who have mastered basic swimming skills and are looking to improve their technique and endurance.
Class Structure: A mix of drills, technique-focused exercises, and endurance training.
You have the option to register for all 6 weeks of the class for $50 OR register for specific weeks for $9.50 per class
